Not only was the location perfect, being near the center of Luton and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I accidentally left some important documents in my room, they promptly returned them to me, showing their attention to detail and excellent customer service. the room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a convenient washing machine and fully stocked kitchen with cookware and electric kettle. I felt truly at home during my stay and will definitely be returning in the future.
